From performing simple wire processing functions like high-speed cutting, stripping, terminating, or cable sealing of individual wires used in custom cable assemblies, to producing complex I/O cables, molded cable assemblies, and printed circuit boards, we have the expertise to do it all, adhering to UL, CSA, MIL, or other special industry specifications. We routinely handle large volume orders while accommodating the smaller volume requirements of our valued customers. We offer design assistance, prototyping and JIT delivery, utilizing Computer-aided design (CAD), and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

We have skilled labor to get the job done right and necessary equipment, ranging from basic bench presses that accommodate all major brands of connectors (like Amp, Molex, Benchmaster, Packard Electric, and Essex), to plastic injection molding machines, and other computer-controlled, high speed machines which perform multiple functions.

While these factors are key, our attention to quality control is the element that completes the professional picture. Complementing our quality inspections, we utilize microprocessor-based test equipment to assure products are in compliance with all applicable specifications.
